Tile Colors, Monitor Settings and Safety:
Our tiles are photographed with a digital camera and the coloration is accurate to the best of our ability; tile color may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. Due to the nature of stained glass, when buying tiles with 2 or more colors in them you may receive more of one color than another. Please use gloves and safety glasses when handling glass or china and keep pieces out of the reach of young children and pets - choking hazard.

Shipping:
We strive to have all items in stock and will usually ship your order within 1-2 business days of payment. You will receive an e-mail if an item is out of stock or if there is a delay in shipment. Any package that is undeliverable and returned to Mosaic Tiles and More will be treated as returned merchandise (see policy below). All orders are subject to review; additional shipping charges may be added if necessary. Insurance is extra @ $1.70 per $50.00 in purchases. We are not responsible for lost or uninsured packages. If you require insurance, please add a note in the comments section and we will add to your total.
Returns/Refunds: We will accept items for return within 3 business days of receipt. Books and patterns are non-returnable, non-refundable. All items must be unopened, unused and in undamaged packaging to be eligible for return. Please e-mail for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending an item to us. Any package that does not clearly have a RAN written on the outside will be returned to sender. All returned items will be subject to a $5.00 or 15.00% restocking fee - whichever is greater. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
If we send you the wrong item, please e-mail for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending the item back. Any package that does not clearly have a RAN written on the outside will be returned to sender. All items must be unopened, unused and undamaged. Once we receive your return, the correct item will be promptly shipped at our expense.
International Orders: We are unable to ship full-sized sheets of glass outside of the US. Bottles of Weldbond and grout can be shipped, but may incur additional postage charges.
